If I could give zero stars I would. David (Grady) gave us his appraisal on our subject property that included pending properties (not sold) and a home with no central heat/ac as comps. The guy was beyond rude on the phone when I simply asked questions to understand his process. I am an adult and can agree to disagree but Collice refused to even call me on the phone after leaving two messages for him. All I wanted to do was talk Collice. Not even calling me to talk, even after the loan was closed was not well played. I'm not mad, just disappointed in you and the lack of professionalism here. For folks reading this, just know that you cannot pick your appraiser on most loans but you can reject anyone. Just remember that when doing a loan. There are good and bad appraisers out there
