We rent space at College Place Uptown and are very happy with the attentiveness of the staff to our needs, especially Teagan Teal and Wesley Modine. Time and again they respond to our concerns and continue to give 110% to the renters at College Place Uptown.
Best apartment experience I’ve had. The maintenance was super fast if anything needed to be fixed. Upon move-in, the rooms were very clean and up to date. Even after being here for 2 days the apartment already felt like home. All the neighbors so far were welcoming and amenities are great. They act fast for everything. Definitely would rent from them again. Washers and Dryer are a little small though
I've been with college place for a little over a year now and I have nothing but good experiences. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Picking up packages is always easy with no struggles. The gym and court yards are clean and well maintained. The location is great to with it being near/on campus. Teagan Has made my experience leasing with college place very memorable. Always helps with a upbeat attitude. All in all Staying here is a great experience.
Teagan and Wes are a great team. Besides this place having a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, This place is always kept clean.
