College Vue Apartments

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because for as far as it comes trying to find a place to live that’s affordable is HARD, and this place is better off than many. That being said, it’s better off but NOWHERE around here is like a reasonable living condition for the price. Let me begin with moving in, the do NOT clean up from the prior tenant, I’m allergic to cats and not only was the previous tenant a cat owner, but the place clearly had never been cleaned. I took so many photos of how just gross it was, I’d vacuum a foot stretch and my entire vacuum would be full and I am genuinely not exaggerating. There was existing damages, the vents for the apartment absolutely caked in debris and dust, everything just genuinely disgusting to move into let alone if the charge me a “movi

Love living here ! A great apartment complex. maintenance is the BEST Harry especially. Anytime i put a work order in he gets in done within the 10 mins i put the maintenance request and you cant beat that ! all of maintenance is fantastic

I have lived here for two years bo and I love it! The people who work here are so welcoming! Maintenance always works quickly when needed. There are great amenities, I love the pool and gym! Overall my experience at College Vue has been wonderful!

Love it here! The staff is always so helpful and nice and I love all the amenities. College Vue is definitely the best student housing in the Pensacola area, I love that it comes with nice furniture and maintenance is so quick and helpful.

As student housing goes, it really is the best option. However, it is student housing so sometimes the pool breaks, neighbors are loud, and I have had more than one experience where I have tried to get my package during open hours and it has been closed. It is also very expensive but so is everywhere else. Every worker I've met is nice and maintenance does come the same day as I report something.
