College View Apartments

Taylor and her team were incredibly patient and kind while helping us through my son’s first apartment move. I had quite a few questions throughout the process, and Taylor was always friendly, reassuring, and truly went out of her way to help. The apartments are clean, well cared for, and full of greenery, which makes the community feel welcoming. Maintenance also seems very attentive. My son has only been there a few weeks, but so far everything has been going wonderfully. We’re very happy with our experience.

Living here from 2021 through 2025 was a beautiful experience. My wife and I had just gotten married, and after an incredible 4 years, we found out we were having a baby. It's quiet, peaceful, and the neighbors have been the best kind of people. Jennifer and Taylor have been amazing when it came to taking care of our needs. They had the friendliest hellos and their genuine care for their property shows through their professionalism and kindness. I can go on about this place. I loved living here. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their first apartment. We're glad it was our home for 4 years. Thank you, Jennifer and Taylor, for making our experience memorable.

Top notch, friendly, staff and maintenance. I've lived here for 15+ years and it's nice to have an additional support system of people that care. I don't have to worry about coming up with extra money if the A/C or an appliance breaks. Owning an actual house is overrated.

Counting down the days until my lease at this place is up. $1300 a month to be woken up several times every single morning by several residents with modified vehicles and excessively loud exhaust that just sitting there revving their vehicles for over an hour at a time every morning then race to leave the complex as loud and as fast as they can like they didn't just waste an hour sitting there. Wouldn't recommend living here to anyone.
