College Town San Marcos

I recently toured College Town Apartments and had a really great experience. The tour was smooth, informative, and welcoming from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. The apartments were clean, well-maintained, and the layout was spacious and practical. I also liked the overall community vibe and how close everything is to campus and nearby essentials. Maintenance is quick to respond and always professional, and the office staff is friendly and easy to work with. The amenities are exactly what I need, and parking is always easy. Overall, it’s been one of the best places I’ve lived. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free home.

We came for a tour on a Tuesday afternoon with two friends and were given great and hospitable Radison to give us this tour. She helped me understand various sources to use for the bus, rooms, mail, maintenance, etc. I think she deserves a raise for her great job!

I recently went looking for an apartment for the Fall 2026 Semester and overall it was a great tour. We were greeted very kindly as soon as we entered. We were quickly checked in and began our tour. Raddison was our tour guide and she was very open to answering our questions and making sure we were okay. Overall my experience touring was great, no negative things to say.

Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Tour was amazing very helpful and a lot of information was provided no issues whatsoever. 10/10 everything! Definitely recommend checking out
