READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING ANY AGREEMENTS WITH REGIONAL MANAGEMENT: Close to the worst experience I've ever had with a property management firm. I was supposed to move in a month prior to the actual move in date but was unable because the unit was given to another prospective tenant ALTHOUGH I'd signed a lease. Upon finally moving, I was informed 60 days later that my deposit had gone "missing" so I would need to go to the bank, cancel the original check, wait 90 days for the funds to be returned then remit a new check without so much as even an explanation or apology. Now, I've remitted the entirety of my balance but there's some erroneous charge for bge (although I paid for any services used prior to assuming responsibility for services at this address) and the individuals working in RMI'

Just to go towards the comments about mold. If you crack the window (obviously mines is wide open) when you shower and keep your bathroom clean. You will not have a mold problem. Even in the handbook they give you. They tell you how to keep moisture out your bathroom. It may be a little cold when you shower but you gotta pick. Do you want mold or to be tad bit cold. The choice is yours 😂

Impressed and surprised by initial tour...don't be fooled. Horrible. Lived here for 4 months, caught mice weekly. NO URGENCY in addressing rodent complaints. Exterminator came at least twice but was no help with prevention/response (only left glue traps, I had to get steel wool etc... myself for obvious holes). Even in-house exterminator only left a large trap and sprayed peppermint. Saw 2 mice the same night he sprayed. Caught 5 mice in one weekend that I wasn't even home (no food being prepared or trash left out). Saw mice daily, even if they weren’t caught. Had to call every single day to get maintenance to remove rodents on traps for them actually to come, and even with many called to ask for status updates and make sure ticket was still in, it often took ~3 days to respond. The most incompetent front office staff I have ever experienced. Bad neighborhood. You get what you pay for. I had a leak in my roof that took a total of 4 months to be fixed- That’s 4 months of water leaking onto my bed whenever it rained. It took so long because of the unorganized front office/ repair process. Our house was falling apart; had to call maintenance several times a month. Not to mention our house was infested with mice/ rats. Called the office to address the infestation: nothing was done. Got out of there as fast as I could. They also tried to charge us $700 at the end of our 1 year lease to replace the carpeting... despite us leaving the carpet in perfect condition. Do not live here. (I lived on Melbourne).
