College Arms Apartments

Raised all tenants rent $300+, my mother who is retired and on a fixed income has to move now after being there for years! Stay away, corporate company that does not care about the people who have been there 20+ years.

Martha at College Arms is the best!! Super friendly and very knowledgeable!! Needless to say, Martha and her team go out of their way to make your experience at College Arms thoroughly enjoyable 😊 I highly recommend this property and indeed all of the facilities that are under the expert guidance of the folks at Deer Management!! 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️🌟🌟🌟🌟

The property manager, Jennifer, was so helpful in getting the application process completed and prompt in responding to any of our questions. Apartments are clean with lots of storage space. Laundry set up is super convenient. Finding a parking space close to our building hasn’t been a problem for us. And my husband loves the gym! Highly recommend these apartments!

My husband and I have lived here since March 2015. We love it. The Property Manager Jenn is great. The maintenance staff is great. They handle your work order requests super fast. There's a pool and small gym. The laundry rooms were recently updated with new larger washers and dryers. Our neighbors are nice and we love the floor we are on. The apartments are visually appealing as well. We have never had any issues with rodents of any kind. We are moving soon but only due to relocating. I wanted to be sure to write about our positive experience here and would highly recommend College Arms to anyone. Also free cable is included. I'm talking Verizon Fios HD channels, which is great! Hope this helps someone make the decision to say yes.

Girlfriend and I have lived here for over a year, best apartment complex ever. Property manager is nice and good at her job. Maintenance is knowledgeable and on time. Amenities are great, utilities included with rent. We have only ever payed electric. Cant reccomend enough.
