Terrier Properties is horrible about performing required maintenance. You ask for them to repair something, they say ok we're on it, and then months later, nothing has been done. This is a fairly common complaint to, its not just us.
They would be awesome landlords if they would just get rid of their property management company. They are being represented by Shady people!
Very good location mins away downtown by foot ample parking. Cute apts with a cool retro feel
