Sold us a house for over $300,000, and installed the cheapest glue down vinyl floor, anyone has ever seen. The concrete is rippled in various places. Baseboard installation looks like it was done by a 4 year old. Caulking doesn't look professional at all. Top it off with construction debris in backyard, and no ground cover. I suggest you find a better homebuilder. Very dissatisfied with them and their personal home loan vendor
