I bought a new home from Colina at Wedgewood forest Conroe. My new home not even had a trim for dryer machine . Many spots of paint are incomplete. Very difficult to arrange the team to fixed it. So we’re moved in with dead tree at the backyard No ducts for dryer machine so we need to dry our clothes under the sun for a month. Forced myself to see incomplete paint everyday which not even fixed till now. I’m very upset for what I paid for.
Thoughtful floorplans. Currently a small neighborhood. What might be built next to it is anyone's guess.
