Colin is an outstanding real estate agent. His knowledge of the Denver’s condominium market is second to none. He helped our son, who just relocated there, find his first home. He showed us approximately 15 units, many twice, during a three-day visit in April which culminated with an offer on the last day prior to flying back home and an agreement just after we landed. Colin was able to negotiate a great deal given the current crazy market conditions. Colin was on top of the whole process from beginning to settlement. He is methodical, organized, patient and a very good listener. But more importantly it was obvious that he was looking out for our son’s best interests.

Along with the list of houses I browsed online, Colin found some as well for us to look at. He was extremely patient and professional. When we found our house, the communication was phenomenal.
