Coleman Square Apartments

I've been here for four years. I'm happy here and management like all places you rent get blamed for everything. And there are signs telling you when management is in. Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 1 pm, and sometimes she's here on off days also. Some people just like to complain about everything, but I think management is doing a good job and trying very hard to please people. She cannot please everyone. Everyone has their own opinion but if you really want to know what she is like, meet her for yourself. There has been a issue with phone contact but just in last few days the phone number has been changed, because there was problems getting through. I have lived here for three years now. The new owners are working very hard and investing money towards renovations. Coleman Square is a great place to live. Owners and managers are fair and respectful.l recommend Coleman Square Apartments.👍

They are organized and take care of their apartments and the grounds. Where they come short is the laundry room, you are better off going to a laundry mat.

I would not recommend this place to no one. It is run buy a person who does not care about fixing anything that is wrong . It has roaches. Don't put anything out side if you don't want it broke they will not replace it. And if you don't smoke don't live by the neighbors who do because you'll get second hand smoke in your apartment. This place was the worse place I have ever lived in.
