I would avoid hiring these guys at all costs. This is no less then the 5th time they have parked directly at the end of my driveway and in front of the fire hydrant. I have sent a text to the company owner and had phone calls with him about this issue. They have an entire empty driveway on the property they are working on.... yet they can't seem to figure out how to park in it. LOW security is absolutely worthless in dealing with it. Into add to this they had contractors coming at 6 and 630am, dumpsters being delivered at 530am and porta potties being serviced at 6am. Clearly they don't think the rules apply to them. For the non Lake of the Woods Community, there is a set rule for no contractors before 7am unless an emergency.

After numerous issues with the contractor breaking both traffic laws and HOA guidelines while these guys remodel the house across the street, the owner of Coleman Homes watched a delivery driver drive through my property damaging not only my culvert but my driveway. Coleman stood by and watched him repeatedly drive through my property in an attempt for him to back up down the other house’s driveway. Complaints have been filed against their home supplier that caused the damage, but Coleman is responsible as well especially as he watched it being done and did absolutely nothing to address it.

Coleman Homes was referred to me through a friend. I had them install gas heat in my garage. Absolutely 100 percent by the book. Thet are honest, friendly, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done just as they would if they were doing it at their own house. Would recommend them to anybody. Thanks again for the outstanding job!
