Janet went out of her way to help me sell my cabin. She also answered my texts or phone calls as soon as she could, and answered any questions I might have had. She made a really difficult situation not so difficult, for that I thank her.

Sue Payne was very helpful as she used social media to get our business opportunity out to thousands of people. She was very professional and stayed in touch with us during the listing, adding pics and other data to sell our business.

I called in on a home that has been on the market for over 150 to this office to arrange a showing by the sellers Realtor. The person that answered the phone wanted to represent me?!? NO, I said. Have I sold my house... I asked for her to just have the Agent call me. Going on 36 hours, I’m no longer interested ...found something else! I will go tell the owner of this house to find a new agent!!! They are doing them a disservice!!!! It is sad, I have worked with many people from Caldwell Banker Agents from Grand Haven....very receptive to your business!!! They get the job done!
