We worked with Susan Lennon at Coldwell Timberland to purchase a home in Roxbury in 2025. I can't recommend Susan enough. She is genuine, patient, organized and thoroughly understands the process of buying a home and the broad catskills region. She recommended homes to our family as well as researched/coordinated showings with homes we found on our own. She then worked around our schedule to carefully plan out days to see houses. In all, I think she spent 4 (long) days driving all over the catskills with my family (including our 3 restless children) taking us to see houses. Susan always had our interests first and we never once felt pressured. Over time she really got to understand what we were looking for, and ensured that even when we may have made rash decisions to just buy something,
