Horrible morals. Kevin Lapointe should not ever be allowed into a home alone with any individual, he is an obsessive, obtuse, angry person, with low capacity. He is rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I would suggest parting ways with employees like this, as he poses a real and imminent danger to potential clients.

We decided to sell our property in Punta Goda, FL. Researched several Realtors & reviews & chose Lynn Dunyk at Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty. We are so glad we did!!!! My son died unexpectedly in March and I was left with a house to sell and I myself live in ohio,,,I came down immediately to make arrangements and didn’t have the slightest idea where to start,, however a lady from a church in port charlotte’ recommended Ryan finnigan with coldwell ,,I called he came next day and was amazing,,, I am.NOT aeasy person to work with cause I want thing to go fast and be done,, however this house was a nightmare and unique to say the least,, I had to go back to ohio and leave this with Ryan, whenever I called he answered, and reassured me ,,then came the hurricane, the house made it unscathed and Ryan would literally drive over every day and check it ,, finally a deal has come an I can’t thank him enough for putting up with me and my phone calls and not underst
