I can’t imagine there could be another realtor who was more understanding and helpful given our situation; a family member who was no longer able to stay in his home needed a realtor to put his house on the market. Maybe he's having a bad day or week or year, but that was the worst interaction I've ever had with an agent. Maybe been in the "game" too long?...or is just relying on his intuition meter and the calibration is really off? I wish him the best in his endeavors, but I will intently steer clear of future interactions.
