His guidance made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free, and the results exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home.

I recently had the displeasure of using Tammie Tompkins from Schmidt realtors while selling my house. She neglected to inform me that she was dating my ex-wife's attorney. She initially lied that she had approval to list the house when it was in no way ready to be listed and I had not agreed to it. She agreed to inform me of showings that would occur after 5pm and allow me to approve them, but only did this one time and then just scheduled many more without asking for approval. She pushed me to accept the first offer that came in 2 hours after the house was listed even though there were multiple listings scheduled for the first day and second. A good realtor would not advise this, they would have you wait and see if any other better offers come in, especially when it just went live

Jason and Tom did a great job with our house. They were committed to the sale and always had our price point in mind when we received offers. Kevin, from their office did an amazing job with outdoor drone pictures of the house and lot. Our main residence is 2 hours away from HL but they made everything easy...from showings to the final sale. I would highly recommend.

Kevin was the perfect real estate partner to help us find our dream home. We discovered Kevin because he listed a home that we were interested in and got to know him over several months when that home (and many others) did not pan out. Kevin is very easy to talk to and relate with, is a good communicator, knowledgeable of the industry, the area and the homes on the market. He is a good read of people and most importantly, Kevin patiently showed us a variety of different types of homes while we tried to figure out what we really wanted, without ever pressuring us. After several months of not finding 'the one', Kevin ran a list of all available homes based on our criteria and asked us to look them over to see if we missed anything. Sure enough, the 'one' we were looking for was on that

Michelle Gurzynski was just the right match for us. She was very professional and knew the area well, which helped because we were out of state and buying site unseen. She sent us several listings, was very prompt with returning phone calls and getting the things done asap that needed to be done. She did a video tour of the cabin and sent pictures as well as worked great along side the mortgage, title and insurance workers. She was VERY effective in negotiating with the sellers when we needed it the most. Thank you Michelle for making this an easy and problem free experience. Would highly recommend to others and use again when needed. 5 Stars for sure!
