As with many real estate companies, your experience can vary greatly depending on which individual you are working with. I have had both a positive and negative experience with different individuals at Coldwell. Glenn assisted me in both buying and selling a home. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Glenn. He was always available to answer any questions and did an excellent job communicating every step of the way. He made the whole process go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend him for buying or selling a home. The house I owned was a rental. I had it managed through Coldwell for 3 years. While trying to rent a home from this company, Roland was extremely rude to my fiancé. We were given the run around by Sharon who I thought was super nice but when she wasn’t available to speak with, Roland stepped in and from the moment he answered the phone, I didn’t like his attitude. Shortly after my fiancé hung up from talking to him, we were denied for the house we were interested in AFTER Sharon reassured us that “everything looked great!” I’m not as upset about being denied for the rental home as I am about the way Roland spoke to my fiancé. Of course my fiancé defended himself which made Roland even more rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Had an appointment set for 11:15 am with Becky. Specifically because, "I have another showing at 11 am, so be there at 11:15". I show up at 11:16, Becky is pulling out of the neighborhood, SEES ME PULLING IN, still leaves. I called the office after the neighbor told me she already left, to confirm that I did in fact have the correct time. When she called me back she told me "I saw you pulling in. I waited for you" to which I responded "I got there at 11:16?" and she said "yup". Anyways. Not a good look, Becky. I suggest hiring more professional realtors.

Roland and Sharon have been handling my rental account for the last three years. They truly have have my best interest at heart. Thank you both.
