Vary bad property owners. I’ve had a tree that’s has fallen in their yard hanging over my fence halfway across my yard and I’ve been calling and calling and calling to have them remove it and no reposes to any of my calls. I called the city finally and am going to have to remove it myself and send a bill via my lawyer. Don’t rent from these people if you want to be treated fairly. They raised the rent 300$ on my same Neighbor and their property is barely livable and full of roaches and they have not fixed one thing in the property. Be careful who you guys are dealing with

We were very happy with our realtor, Karl Becker. I'd recommend him to everyone. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and works hard to help you find home. I'm sure he'd work just as hard to help you sell your home. He knows how important photos are when buyers are considering whether to even take a look.

My experience as the seller was horrible. The unprofessional response from the agent towards myself and my Remax agent was unbelievable. Dealing with Coldwell Banker in a past sale, with no issues, came as quite the surprise. She was rude, pushy, lied, did not work professionally with my agent. Her outburst of “F” words, forceful language at closing, was not only embarrassing for the first time buyer of my home. Embarrassing for my agent as well. I will be letting others know to stay clear of this unprofessional agent Kimberly Reifsnyder at your business. If you use this agency ask for someone else more professional and less up in themselves. Very Rude woman!!

I had Eva Eisenbrown. She was fantastic. She guided me every step of the way. She found movers for me since moving out of state. It sold in 9 days. I was able to move to my new location and she took care of the rest. She kept me informed on every move. She made it so easy. Thank you Eva

Agent “thomas” Tom danak is horrible! Do not do business with him! Not recommended, im not sure what he’s doing in the real estate field when he is sabotaging deals he cant make. Commissioner should really take a deep look into his license, he is breaking realestate rules and laws for his own benefit ! COLDWELL BANKER SHOULD DO BETTER AND FIRE HIM Asap !!!
