Coldwell Banker Realty - Weston

Tried renting a townhouse, the realtor, Bernardo, flaked out on us after showing us the place and us telling him that we wanted to rent it. I kept calling and texting each day, he finally replied back and said "I'm sorry I've been busy how can I help you", as if I hadn't left specific messages and texts. Total flake company. I would never do business with them.

Did a horrible job. Did not show the house one time other than a couple of open houses, that generate nothing. The branch manager refused to cancel my agreement basically holding my house hostage so I can't move on. I recommend everyone that has had an issue file a complaint with Florida Real Estate Board.

If you are looking for a professional Realtor, I would not recommend Ashlee Harry. She shoved a contract in front of us just minutes prior to viewing a potential property. Then when we dismissed her for her poor service, she had the nerve to place properties that she did not even show us on the Conditional Termination of Representation Agmt. She refused to correct the agreement. Then had the nerve to say "we got off on the wrong foot, can't we try again"..... Very unprofessional and I would not recommend her at all. And make sure you check your agreements before you sign anything with her.

Horrible. I was interested in property in Pompano Beach, FL. St. James Condo on 11th Ave. I tried negotiating price. I took one day to think about the location- Distance and price she offered. Since we are coming from a high end, upscale neighborhood in the suburbs of Weston, FL. I called her and texted her, no reply back. I then called from another number she answered I told her how unprofessional she was. I wanted to accept the offer and move in ASAP. But then she hung up the phone on me. Very rude, horrible customer service. I would not recommend her to no one. I understand she doesn't make that much money from rental but if she doesn't want to help people she shouldn't take the listing or be in the Real Estate Industry. Poor customer service. My experience as well as the other families involved was a nightmare and after phone calls and emails I did not hear from a supervisor. I am currently in the process of reporting misconduct. I highly recommend hiring a lawyer to protect yourself if you are working with or choose to use their realtors.
