I have been very reasonable and diligent with a property that was listed by Coldwell Banker. Home is listed way above what the home is worth. Unfortunately, the realtor selling the home (who is also the owner) was adamant that it will not be sold for less than listing price even though it will not appraise for that much. I agreed to compromise and even come out of my own pocket. Though I made several efforts, it was still turned down. I think it’s unethical and unreasonable especially when a buyer is so eager and willing to compromise to purchase a home. Not to mention, selling a home for way over what it is actually worth, is certainly questionable. It shouldn’t be the buyers problem to reimburse a sellers poor business decision.
