Not only was my realtor unable to work within the boundaries I set for her, she kept trying to sell me her boyfriend's listings. She bailed on me after a heated text exchange after being unavailable due to "personal matters" yet left me no one else to contact. She and then her supervisor left it to my lawyer to complete the transaction, which did not go well due to her lack of concern, but I assume she collect her entire commission.

Brett was fantastic and helped me get my first house! I had tried viewing houses with another realtor before, but that guy could only show houses on the weekends and that did not work with my work schedule. I actually had gotten suggested Brett and told him about my working schedule and what I was looking for and he had sent me a list of potential properties and was willing to take me to look at houses on days I was actually free. He didn't just send me a bunch of junk properties, but actually listened to what kind of property I was looking for and sent me houses related to my searches. He probably had shown me 20 houses before I had found "the one". Brett is very knowledgeable, not only about the local areas, but also about what to look for in a house and to be aware of potential damage
