Matt Banak is great to work with! My husband and I had a complicated situation. We had to sell our house in Longmeadow, MA, while simultaneously buying our new house in Ellington, CT. (We had a "Hubbard clause.") We could not buy until we sold. Since we lived in Massachusetts, we were working with a MA realtor. My husband and I had been looking for a new house for almost a year. We initially were just looking in Massachusetts, but we became open to looking for houses "south of the border." (lol) However, our MA realtor was not licensed in CT, and we did not want to use a different realtor from his company who was licensed in CT, because -- although he was licensed in Connecticut -- he was not very familiar with CT. Julianna Rogalla was the best person I could have selected to sell my homes! Her presentation of photos showed off the properties and encouraged people to view them and buy them. The second property she sold for me was a difficult one due to the property being an occupied rental, and an uncooperative renter. Juli was able to convince the renter to stage the home and eventually let people into the house. The renters left a mess in and outside the home, and Juli hired someone to haul everything away. She even did some painting that was requested by the bank! Thank goodness she tackled the project as I am 1200 miles away. Talk about going above and beyond! I'd recommend anyone who's looking to buy or sell to contact Julianna. She's the best!

We would highly recommend Beth Hopkins if you are looking for an awesome real estate agent. When we were looking for real estate agents, we vetted about 30 of them and narrowed it down to 5 to come and talk to us. Beth was very prepared, extremely enthusiastic and we are extremely glad we went with her as our sales agent. Beth was extremely responsive by phone, text and email and right on the ball with absolutely everything. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and we would highly highly recommend to her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She went far above and beyond.

Was lied to about houses. Was redlines. They didn't return phone calls and contact agents for homes I was interested in. Breached contract between buyer and agent. Felt discriminated against. I would have given a "O" for a rating for my experience.
