Coldwell Banker Realty - Ridgewood/Glen Rock Office

Working on purchasing my first house with Anthony Nelson from Ridgewood, NJ was horrible, incredibly unprofessional, provided no guidance, was not present at all throughout the process after handing us to another agent. He responded to questions regarding serious issues months later while addressing us as “Buyer/Owner”. Such lack of professionalism and sad that this was my experience buying a first house. Would not recommend this realtor at all.

Avoid working with realtor Anthony Nelson at all costs. I was not expecting to be “assisted” by someone who would just be absent and completely unhelpful in the entire home purchasing process. And to think he got a commission off of a deal he was actually hindering is completely asinine. What a terrible experience this was; I don’t understand how this level unprofessionalism is tolerated let alone allowed to transpire for as long as it did at any firm. Totally substandard!

One word: Outstanding. The level of professionalism and consistency was simply amazing, which is exactly what I needed. Coldwell Banker Team provides a family experience like no other.

Professional people to deal with.. I dwalt with Sherief Elateb and he was extremley helpful and knowledgable guy ...definitly recommend him
