She is totally honest, a straight shooter which I appreciate. I am a control freak and was able to let go completely because of how efficient, organized, and knowledgeable she is. She is generous with her time and is extremely protective of her clients. She is strategic and mindful with her interactions with everyone. She is a SHARK. The entire process of selling a house was stress free because of her. Her knowledge of the market, regulations, and homes in general is unparalleled. I can’t say enough great things about Michele DeMartino! Let me start by saying we are first time home buyers and Michele was the perfect match for us- professional, patient, caring and honest. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process and was incredibly patient throughout our search. She took the time to explain the home buying process and thoroughly answer any/all questions we had. I always felt that Michele had our best interest at heart and, genuinely, wanted to find us a home that was best suited for us. If I could give negative stars, I would. Think twice before you use this agency! I had a bid on a house in late august. We won the best and final. Next thing you know, the agent, Debra Ondorf, tells us that she is doing another best and final cause of a higher offer the next morning. Not only was it wrong, but greedy and unethical. Thanks for getting our hopes up.
