Geovanni at Coldwell was professional and had great communication through my home buying process. I lost count of how many houses we looked at but Geovanni was there to point out things we would or wouldn't be happy with in the homes. He was honest and upfront with information regarding houses and the current market and steered us in the right direction when it came to selecting a house. We closed on March 1st and couldn't be happier.

Working with Ellen Moody as a realtor was a positive experience. She was knowledgeable, thorough, as well as keeping us informed. I would 100% recommend Ellen Moody to anyone needing a realtor.

Not a good company. I have emailed corporate, no response. Emailed their general customer service twice no response. I called and the customer service said just fill out the form online someone will reach back out the didn't. Their employee Shalaya Thomas, shouldn’t be representing the company. Many reasons but I will sum up the big ones 1. Told me just because I sign a contract doesn’t mean its binding , addendums can be made when ever. I said thats literally the definition of a contract. She said “you nor the owner are being represented why would I lie to you?” No you think I’m ignorant to law and how contracts work. Imagine if I was ignorant and believe someone licensed telling me a contract isnt binding , trying to talk me into a commercial space and treat it like an as is buy. She yel
