Coldwell Banker Realty - Milford Office

Yesterday, I walked into the Coldwell Banker Realty Milford Office completely blind. No appointment, no previous calls, and today I am in the final steps of signing a lease on a new home thanks to Matt Ruben. This is extraordinary to me because I had been working for over a week to engage with realtors and properties in the Milford area with little to no success. I had only one day to come down from Boston and try to find a place for my family. Matt dropped what he was doing and helped me find a gorgeous property that checked everything and more that my family wanted. June 7th, 2024 there was an arts and crafts fair on the green in Milford. My wife and I were vendors at the fair that day. I arrived early and set up on the green, directly across from the driveway to the Coldwell Banker Realty office. After setting up I parked my vehicle in the rear/right hand corner of the Coldwell Banker lot where I could see it and make sure I was not infringing on their customer/employee parking. Later on, my wife arrived and parked her vehicle next to mine. As my wife was walking through the lot, she was approached by an employee of Coldwell Banker, who appeared very aggravated and aggressively addressed my wife saying she had no permission to park there, needed to move her vehicle and if she knew who owned the other vehicle (my vehicle) have it moved as well. Coldwell Banker was so great when I purchased my first home. I cannot say enough about how smoothly everything went, from start to finish. The whole process can be so nerve racking, but my agent really put me at ease the entire way through. Highly recommend! Would never even think about using another agency.

Had an experience with an agent from this office making me think I would be able to move in less than 2 weeks. It was mine and my boyfriend’s understanding that we were waiting for her to put a lease together and give us a date to sign it. She emailed us 4 days later giving us some excuse as to why we did not get it and it didn’t make sense to us.
