Oct 2025 - Beware of this realty selling the property on 64 Richard Rd. Agent and seller are not disclosing that the property is wetland in the back and sides. Really bad practice that as a buyer you have to spent thousands of $$ to discover this during attorney review. Would be nice that seller and agent were transparent and educated the buyer.

Our experience with Wendy Arcure has been absolutely amazing. She is honest, patient and truly cares about her clients. It took us about 1 year and a half to find the right fit. She stayed in touch the entire time, she never made us feel we were too much. She pointed out the pros and cons of every house we visited and let us make the decision. We feel so lucky to have found her and will definitely work with her again! Today we finally closed on a house and we want to thank her for all the hard work she has done, above and beyond.

My experience with Sonia has been great. Sonia has excellent judgement and has helped me rent out properties.
