I have been using the John Jernigan team for years. John is always willing to make a showing of a property I’m interested in either it’s cheep or expensive even when he’s just on commission. He always returns my calls or texts quickly. Highly recommended! Nice office location for the final signing.

If I could give no stars I would. Horrible customer relations, never answers when sent properties, got annoyed with my wife and I for bringing our kids with to look at a house. Scheduled a showing at 12 called and said she was gonna be a tad late which was fine. She calls us again to tell us she cant find the place, turns out she went to the wrong development entirely. 40 mins later she shows up just to tell us she scheduled us for the place across the street even tho we told her exactly which house we were interested in. My wife ended up being late for work bc of all of this nonsense. We will not be contacting them again and will find a new realtor.

CB is an excellent company. They really care about their clients and have the tools to make the real estate transaction a smooth process.

Hired jocelyn to sell home bery dishonest and decieptful person States one thing in phone conversations and texts places disputing information in contract Cant be trusted We were left homeless for weeks because of the way she hanled things Failed to inform us electric needed to be turned back on for inspections so buyer backed out of deal Said we would have a check within a week from first buyer who backed out supposedly due to hospitalization still waiting for that check Would really advise to stay away from this company especially this agent
