Eliza Gonzalez of the Glastonbury CB branch helped me purchase my first home. The experience was 10/10! She was very attentive, helped me stay positive after my first couple offers were declined, and was extremely responsive to any and all questions I had throughout the entire process. 4 weeks of hard core house hunting, and I had an offer accepted under the ask price. She was excellent with negotiating. I look forward to working with her in the future for my next real estate venture.

I was recommended this company off another site called ZILLOWS. Worst decision, I started working with Zina Planeta first week of January 10th..... gave her all my deadlines, money for applications, and room to send me any apartments/homes in any city she thought would be suitable, this started off so good. With different home options 2nd week we found a place. I waited to hear back for 2 weeks she gave me excuses like (I don’t have credit, or you didn’t fill the app correctly) throughout that I would constantly call her to make the process smooth and she assured me that I was in good standing 3 days before my move out day she lets me know that the house was given away to another tenant. She acted as if she would send my application to other open houses and til this day she never contacted

I'm an Admin in the Glastonbury CBRB office and must say that we've got some of the most friendly, and knowledgeable agents in the business! While I'm not in the process of looking for a house right now, I will be sure to use this office when I am ready. Thank you to Roseann & the agents in the office for creating such a great space to work in on a daily basis!

Zina Planeta did an excellent job selling my house. Zina provided an excellent example of why you hire a real estate professional. Initially I mistakenly thought the market was so hot I could passively sell the house "by owner." All I heard from were less than serious buyers looking to steal the house. Ultimately I chose Zina as my agent because I knew she was a person of good character. Within days she listed the house, had professional photos on the website and was bringing serious buyers forward. Within 10 days of listing the house was under contract . . . and 34 days later sold. The kicker is, she got $90,000 more than I was willing to net when I was selling it myself. To cheapskates like me, the brokers commission I paid Zina was worth every cent! We had one of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Agent, Marybeth Barrett, Real Estate Agent - Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT) , she was your typical agent, push you purchase price higher and not helpful at all in the negotiation process. Also, she missed some very important stuff during the purchase. Overall, I would recommend against using this agent.
