Ildiko was our realtor to sell and purchase our homes. If we should ever need a realtor again, I'd see if Ildiko could help us again. I've bought and sold many times, and Ildiko is among those I'll work with again. She tirelessly assisted us in every step of the way, and I can confidently tell you - she will not stop until she completes the sale (in the best way possible.) She was professional and stood in our corner the whole way. If you need a realtor you can trust, she's the professional for you.

I had been dealing with CELESTE AMANN. We felt she did not act in good faith. She was selling a home that belonged to her friend and fellow realtor. We lost the home to another buyer, then three weeks later she called for us to buy the house after the other parties finances fell through. I gave her until next day for the answer and the games still persisted. I ended up telling her to forget the whole deal. She is the reason people don’t like realtors anymore. Lazy and incompetent. We call that “ The Covid hangover” in the sales world. Stay away.

Very concerned about the practices of the flemington office. I had an appointment to view a rental property and the agent I set up the appointment with, Eleanor, called me only 20 minutes before the appointment to let me know that the owner of the property wanted to know if I had good credit BEFORE I can view the property so that it’s not a “waste of time”. I was highly insulted by the unprofessionalism and the insinuation. Credit checks are expected to take place before any agreement is made, but it sounds very discriminatory and unethical to make such an inquiry so early in the process, in this particular manner and at the very last minute and to refuse to simply show the property without that information. Hi Do not use Coldwell Banker if you are going through a divorce. The Nelson group worked with my wife’ s Attorney setting a price I had no say on. The Attorney and Nelson group created documents that favored the price for my house to my wife to force a buyout in her favor. Had not taken her terms My wife had straw purchaser had let them list on the MLS. I had to refused to sign the paperwork in good conscience not waist the time and money of the Nelson Group in marketing the house. For a sale that was not going to happen. They Nelson’s , Blake & the court cost me over 100k Please note I am working with a real estate board so the a realtor can not contact an attorney in a court action and be assigned the listing. I worked at night a few days and was looking up properties. I sent out a text to this person named Michelle aka Mickey. She called me back this morning screaming and yelling why did i text her at night. Rude, Disrespectful, Unhinged.
