Wanted to buy property for under $100,000. Agent Colleen Alexander and loan agent Jennifer told me that I should buy property around $250,000. When I didn't get approved, Colleen "Ghosted" me.

Shirley Leslie is a long time friend and has sold us 3 homes. We are going through a tough ask in Western PA, a ranch 3 bedroom with some space. Many homes are split level or 2 story because of the terrain here. Shirley came through time after time looking at home after home with us. Never complained even when it was appropriate to do so. :) Instead, she prayed for and with us to find the home we needed. While maybe not every agent who works out of here is good, you won't find a better agent than Shirley Leslie.

I listed my house in January 2023 with this company. I wasn’t having much luck getting an offer and I live out of town so it was a difficult process for me. I had two deaths in my family and decided to withdraw the listing because I was not having any success selling it. I withdrew the listing in April of 2023 and never heard any further from the company. Now I’m Looking into selling it as a cash offer and they are hounding me for their cut. They want paid for doing nothing! How is that fair? They are refusing to release me from my contract so I’ll be stuck paying for a house I can’t afford until their contract expires. I’m a single mother trying to sell a house I can’t afford to upkeep and they think it’s okay to come in and take a portion of my profit when they couldn’t get the job done.

I have mixed reviews of Colwell Banker. I dealt with 2 realtors at this office. Robyn Makstutis, was amazing but dealing with Roxanne Humes was a nightmare. Roxanne was unresponsive and her inability to do her job left me and my family homeless for a week. I will tell anyone to save yourself, use another realtor besides Roxanne Humes. That woman is an awful person and agent. She only cares about money and she doesn’t deserve a dime. I also reached out to the head manager to file a formal complaint on Roxanne and received absolutely no response.
