I hired Ernie to sell my home because he was my neighbor and someone I thought I could trust to guide me through the process. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. I found out the day before closing that he was representing both me and the buyer. I realize now that I must have signed something disclosing this, and that’s on me—but at no point did Ernie ever clearly explain that he was working for both sides. Explaining this to your client should be done in person and clearly — not hidden as a sneaky waiver buried among other paperwork. When I asked him about it, his only response was, “Maybe you just don’t remember me telling you.” He didn’t seem to understand why representing both parties is a serious conflict of interest. Absolutely aweful. I would give zero stars if i could. I worked with Mary whos only concern was selling the house I was looking at with seemingly no concern for me. Lazy, misleading, contradict herself whenever she needed, and argumentative with me. She downplayed the house issues from the start, misleading at best, but i would probably go so far as to say she was intenionally deceptive in my opinion, and I say that with good reason. She told me the house was looked at by someone and the septic was good with a 'minor bulge' in the basement, downplayed everything, I was convinced and went under contract. Beth Frazer was the bed and passionate real estate agent that we dealt with while we were selling our house in Washington New Jersey. While the house was 2 days before closing she was passionate and understanding. While the last buyers lying about information she said compassionate about it. Got a cold call from someone asking if we would consider selling our house. Our mistake for taking that bait…we ended up with a guy named Jeff Freeman and was a total disaster. He acts so busy just snatching and hoarding listings, he has no time to actually service his clients at all. Communication was non-existent and was like pulling tooth and ONLY when initiated by us the client. When we got an offer, he had his “admin assistant” send over an email to us. He is very creative in coming up with all kinds of excuses every time he misses something. Advise: stay away from these guys, especially Jeff Freeman. Don’t take the bait when someone calls you. Instead, go search, get referrals, and choose your own agent and not the other way around.

BEWARE!!! If you’re brave enough to use Coldwell Bankers make sure you avoid Craig T Ort! This man is the rudest, most unprofessional, narcissistic, drama queen you’ll find in the town of Clinton. I had a brief interaction with him and that’s all I needed.. Ended up dealing with Keller Williams who were a breath of fresh air compared to this guy, then while there another person who was meeting a broker overheard me venting and informed me that her best friend was in a relationship with him and he was abusive.. I was shocked to hear this man’s reputation got around town! Now his personal life isn’t my business but this goes straight to his character. STAY AWAY!
