The experience I am had is that we had been waiting to close for over ten days in a hotel room because their buyers agent didn't cover us. This experience has cost me thousands of dollars and a very unhappy family as all five of us have to live in a hotel room and the buyer takes his time to move out. We were told by the agents (both buyer and sellers agent work for Coldwell.) not worry everything would be fine till the day before the closing we got a call that there was no closing. There was nothing we could do. We had taken their recommended lawyer and he did not cover our interest when we told him we HAD to close on time.
