My mother first made contact with Edward Reichenbach via an online search and they had scheduled two days to tour some condos. She lives out of state and she told him what she was looking for. Two weeks later on the day of the visit, my parents called him to confirm the appointment location and HE ASKED WHO SHE WAS. He completely forgot about the tours. He made them come to his office and WAIT ANOTHER 45 MINUTES until he was ready to see them. When he finally met with them, he started doing his condo research that he should’ve done before and my mother told him he was wasting their time. He told my mother he would send her some condos AND THEN HE GHOSTED HER! Would definitely not recommend a company who FORGETS about their out of state appointments and then breaks off contact with them. Hi

We worked with Dale Stipe for almost 2 years to find our perfect home and we finally did! We closed on our first house today (7/26/24)! Without Dale’s experience and knowledge, we would have been lost on where to start and where to go next. It has been a pleasure working with Dale. Worked with Amra Mesic… She is FANTASTIC… Sold our home in less than 3 days with a closing date of May 30th… She supported my efforts the entire way and way over and above basics to ensure everything was completed prior to closing… Additionally, she help take items to Goodwill as well as ensured the house was clean and presentable for showing… As a result of Amra’s effort, the entire event went smoothly and eliminated about 90% of the stress that goes along with selling a house and moving… As many times we have sold a house and moved… This was by far, the easiest and mostly stress free event… I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting Amra in the event a house sale and move are in your future

Let me start by saying “Cold”well may actually be an accurate reflection of the personalities that work in this office. We were there as sellers, they were the buyers’ brokers. We were scheduled to settle at 2:00, and sat there for two hours until the paperwork finally came through from the lender. During that waiting period, the buyers’ agent, Lisa, was rude and belittling to us. She complained about missing a drip leg and a downspout on the long list of items they had us repair. Never mind the fact that I built an entire deck railing for them in a day and a half, nor attended to every other little detail they wanted done. Thank goodness for our agent from Berkshire Hathaway, as she called a handyman and paid out of pocket within minutes to take care of these two little details. Lis
