My husband and I used Fatima Zaankik to find a rental in Boston and she was amazing. We were living out of the state at the time and she made the whole process incredibly easy. Fatima was dedicated to our needs and took a lot of time to do video tours, call tons of listings, and worked with landlords to get us the best deal. She is very knowledgeable about Boston and made sure we ended up in the right neighborhood for our family. Not only was she incredibly dedicated to us, but she was easy to contact and answered all of our questions quickly. She is the only real estate agent I will work with in Boston for every transaction I do. I would highly recommend her.

Fatima Zaankik was really patient and understanding with me as, as a College student, this was my first time renting an apartment and I didn't know much about the nitty-gritties of leases and credit scores. She helped to make the whole process quick and easy for me and also explained to me the responsibilities that came with leasing an apartment and who to contact if I had any issues. Extremely deceptive practice by one of their realtors, Kim Walker Chin in Cambridge who pushed for a sale of my real estate before I found a replacement property. Kim also lied about the special assessment on another property. All these guys care about is the money they make on commissions!

Barbara Currier and her team, especially her husband are very unprofessional, unethical Realtors ever. Rick shows up at work with shorts, very low class and rude, despite of 20 years of experience he claims; he cracks jokes that offends people, moreover, they only think of their own interest not a bit about their clients. Be aware if you want to use them. There is always better option. Consult with few people before signing with them. Just saying.
