Realtor was only concerned with closing the deal. I had to do all the leg work and even ended up with the C of O in my hands, which should not have happened and almost delayed the closing on my sale. Broker took no accountability for any of this or the issues I am still dealing with.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with many agents out of this office on purchase and sale transactions. I am a Real Estate Attorney and value this office’s experience, professionalism, and attention to their clients’ needs when selling and buying properties. I’ve closed dozens of smooth and successful transactions with the agents in this office in the past years and look forward to many more.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with [Real Estate Agent's Debra Debbie Meckbach] from [Real Estate AgencyColdwell Banker Realty - Bedminster/Bridgewater] for their unethical conduct during my recent attempt to purchase a property. Their actions not only wasted my time and effort but also undermined the integrity of the home-buying process. Despite submitting the highest and best offer for the property, which I backed up with solid financing and a quick closing timeline, [Real Estate Agent Debra Debbie Meckbach] inexplicably decided to entertain a cash offer that came in lower than mine.
