Coldwell Banker Realty - Bedford

This is the worst real estate broker that we have come in contact with over many years of buying and selling homes. We were under a contract to purchase a home in Bedford that was marketed as 3285 sqft. We put in an offer based on that square footage and similar comps. We paid for inspection and realized the whole 983 sqft partially finished basement was unheated, partially without a ceiling, and no doors between the partially finished area and completely unfinished area should not in any way qualify as living space and should not have been marketed as such because it causes big surprises during appraisal. In reality, the home is 2347 square feet with a partially finished section of the basement, and now we are out our inspection fees because the sellers said they would not sign an amendme

An agent from this office (Shelley Malone) was the agent for the home we recently purchased in Hudson, NH. The brochures produced and distributed by this office were full of patently false information in the form of photographs and copy. It featured a "full kitchenette area" in copy and image and an "ample yard - level and ready for your landscaping ideas - gardens, swing set, firepit, lawn games, etc." in writing and a snow covered picture. We saw that there was no kitchenette when we viewed the property and figured that since they had the plugs, etc for one, they just showed whatever they thought people would want to see online to get them to come to open house. Today I had the pleasure to meet Teal as I was performing some repairs in her clients heating system. She was Extremely friendly and professional. Her willingness to stay at the home the entire 3 hours I was working for her clients sets her apart from the rest. I have been doing Heating and AC for almost 20 years and I cannot think of a single time I have met a realtor so genuinely happy to help her client like that. I'll be passing her cards around for sure. Update. I had another experience working with Teal and it was as pleasant the first. Added bonus, she makes wonderful turkey soup.

Had a wonderful experience with Darlene Wills! Would highly, highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a real estate agent.
