The sale was a little complicated, needing probate court approval, and Jim did everything he could to keep forward momentum during the process. Agents of this realty company held an open house with the pretense that the home was available for purchase. Come to find out, it was under a signed contract and had been for several days prior to them holding an open house. Wasted time and hope for multiple potential buyers under false pretense. Hope to never fall in love with another house represented by this agency
