My experience with Cheryl was extremely unprofessional. Another agent showed me a rental property and submitted my application through her. Instead of forwarding it to the landlord, Cheryl repeatedly told us the landlord was on vacation and that we had to wait. After nearly two weeks, I discovered the property had already been rented recently—and at a lower price. Cheryl only responded with an apology after I contacted her boss. If I had not reported her, she would have left us completely hanging without any explanation. She again claimed the landlord was on vacation and accepted another applicant, but I strongly believe our application was never even presented to the landlord.
