Tried to buy a property this week with one of their agents, but I'd have done better on my own. The agent this brokerage provided texted me just after lunch to say that the property we wanted was under agreement. I contacted the listing agent myself later in the day -- we'd had a whole afternoon to put in an offer; the seller didn't accept an offer until the evening. Contacted the agent for an explanation -- still waiting for a reply.
