I would not choose this reality company at all! I asked them to sell my home and they came in with an extremely low selling price of $38,000. They pick and choose what they want to sell, and literally tell you that your property is not worth it. Very unmotivated Very selective on communication Non responsive Down right lazy.. I went with a different company with better reviews and sold my home in Iron Mountain for $78,900. There loss!!!

Taking my Business Elsewhere.. Called to buy a property and wasn't able to even introduce myself before i was interrupted, told were not interested... I am a Nonprofit Organization looking to buy this Church they have listed for a Million Bucks.... If this is how they treat me, think how unimportant you are... I was referred to Hanson Realty by a neighbor up north to sell our lake property. My wife and I have bought/sold many properties in our lifetime and were not impressed using this realtor. The thing that bothered us the most is it never seemed like our agent was motivated to sell our property. For instance, we never knew when a showing occurred or got any feedback after the showing. We would show up at our property on a weekend and see numerous realtor cards left behind on the table. I would then call Ryan on Monday and ask if we had any feedback after the showings. Only to get nothing. There was other frustrations as well beyond the no feedback and lack of communication. Numerous times I told Ryan he had my wife's name spelling incorrect and wrong e-mail address on the paperwork. This caus
