We worked with Marsha Casanova DRE#01103054. She was very incompetent. Delayed due to not understanding how to run the dishwasher ( thinking it was broken). Called out PGE stating gas leak in garage. PGE laughed because the hot water heater is not in garage. There were at least 4 other things that were ridiculous and caused so much unnecessary stress and delay.
