Not impressed! The honesty and integrity of the individual I had interactions with was lacking at best. There were several conversations with her and I was assured that the property that was being secured was clean and ready for a new tenant. I explained on several occasions that the tenant who would be renting the property was on oxygen and had some physical impairment. She assured me that it was clean and move in ready. I was sent pictures of the property from the said property manager via text/email prior to paying deposit and rent. These pictures as she had stated, were from the last tenant while he was renting and post rental. NONE of the pictures were accurate and she knew that.
