Be careful if you need to actually have time looking at a house before buying it. The east side dropped me as a client because while looking at 11 houses, I only made 2 offers on houses, because I had used 15 hours total of thier time (this includes drive time, breaks, lunch times, etc). To be open, both offers were unsuccessful even though 1 was above asking price. Spoke with the broker at the east side location who explained how they felt I was just using to much of thier time. I was told it was because thier staff dont have that much time to waste on looking at homes. Called west side Coldwell Banker, they agreed and said that this is correct for them too. Showings are booked 30 min apart, and you are allowed 15 minutes to look at a house, and 15 min to get to the next one. Sorry, but

I was a tennant for Sharon Buck for 4.5 years. She is an agent in this office. I was the best of renters and needed to move becuse I was unemployed. I gave her 30 days notice and moved out. I asked her to let me know what charges there were before she had them done so I could possibly complete the work and get more of the $650 deposit returned. Today I recieved a check for 177.53. she charged 50.00 for key not returned. 120.00 to clean the place even though she told me it looked fine. 161.00 for carpet cleaning 63.00 for side door garage lock that I never used. 75.00 for reseding of the grass and 3.47 for a garge door battery. By the way I only had one key, I could have got the carpet cleaned for 100.00. I was never given a key to the side garage door. Also this was one of the hottest summ
