UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. Take notice of the testimonial they have on their website- they are all home sales. All the wonderful things that those Home owner thought was for their benefit was actual to satisfy their greed for the huge commission. Small commission, such as rentals, you get no service at all. Almost 3 months ago I listed a rental with them, Louis Pastorini, Jr. to be specific, and was told they would advertise and start showing the apartment in a couple of days. He nor any prospective renters ever came to view the apartment in 3 months. 2 weeks after listing with him, I sent him an email asking why the apartment was not on Zillow or their website (there are NO RENTALS AT ALL LISTED but they sure have homes for sale listed) and got no reply until I sent a follow up

This review is about David Pastorini, although it seems that it runs across the company. David is rude and crude, and has a short fuse. He is very unethical and I would run from him. There are plenty of 5 star realtors in the area, so find one of them. This is the first time I have put up a negative review, so be careful.

I stopped for a cup of coffee and a big bottle of water. The self service area was very clean as was the entire store. The cashier seemed genuinely happy. This made for a happy experience.
