Spoke to Vincent scipione on Facebook marketplace. At first everything went fine. My partner had made an appointment with him to be in PA at 5:30, we live in Brooklyn and that same day the rain and traffic got so bad we had to cancel the visit. 4:37 I texted him to let him know I was going to cancel and if we could reschedule for that Friday because I was going to be available. His answer was not only rude and disrespectful but inconsiderate and insulting. Calling to find out about properties in the area. Whoever answered the phone decides to say what do you calling to find out about properties in the area. Whoever answered the phone decide to stay “what do you mean need?” With an attitude as if I’m bothering person that should be doing their job. Obviously don’t care about how many sales they make. Maybe they should work on customer service before they do anything else .
