I had an amazing experience with the team at Coldwell Banker Lake Country! They worked with my busy work schedule to get my condo on the market & purchase my lakefront home. With just 1 OPEN HOUSE my condo had an offer in just 4 DAYS! Then with the lakefront home property there were minor concerns about easements, as always at the Lake of the Ozarks, that the Coldwell Banker team AGAIN jumped in and cleared that right up for me. Just found out today that the house I submitted a full price offer on over a week ago is being sold out from under me. I suspected prejudice against my veteran status 4 days ago, as we could not get the listing agent to present the offer to her client. I switched from a VA loan to conventional to make her happy. I opted out of an inspection to ensure no hiccups in the sale. My offer included 30% down. All week, there were no competing offers... Until today. We should've been under contract already. I will NEVER buy a house listed by this company! The house was listed by Linda Eldridge, but I believe the person my realtor was dealing with was named Lauren.
