Bob was wonderful in helping us find our dream home. He was very patient and diligent as we walked through many homes until we found the right one. Bob gave sound advice as we where confronted with decisions. He represented us wonderfully as we negotiated with an offer. In the end he fought for us as we came to an agreement that everyone was pleased with. I highly recommend work with Bob!

Our experience with Bob Johnson was incredibly disappointing! At closing he was extremely rude and condescending! I have never in my life been treated in such a way! Others in the room were trying to compensate for his rudeness by answering the questions I had for him. Incredible!

Very unprofessional behavior from Mary Johnson. I made a cash offer on a home over the asking price. She sat on my offer for over 3 days. When she finally got back to my realtor she said she has rejected my offer because she had a higher offer with no contingency’s . I was given no opportunity to counter at all. I would have had funds ready to be paid in full within 4 days. She also didn’t have it listed on the MLS that she had a set date for best and highest bid on home. Sorry it’s hard to believe she didn’t have any influence with the buyer. Just so happens she is now a dual agent. How convenient that the 1st offer fell through and the next offer excepted was one of her own buyers. So now Insee it sold for 44k I offered 46k cash deal quick close. Cannot get times or dates right. Showed up an hour early for a showing. Closed on 3/08 and was told I had 30 days to move. They told me at the end of March that I was expected to be out by 4/03. I informed them I had until 4/07 to be out. They then said buyers agent got date mixed up but could I still be out by then? I said probably. So on 4/02 I go to finish up and they already gave the buyer the key and he was moving in! I had personal things in there as well. It was embarrassing and I was so upset I wanted to cry. Totally unprofessional. Update: owner says they have no idea about it..I dont see how they couldnt. The whole offfice knew about it!
